The transition period is over. The old Orange Seals that let legacy operators trade through the reform expired for good on October 15, 2025. What remains is a single public register of operators who applied directly to the Curaçao Gaming Authority and put their owners’ names on the record. Everyone on that list earned their place.

Every direct licensee has a verifiable entry at cert.cga.cw. The process takes less time than a deposit.
Scroll to the casino’s footer and click the CGA seal, or go to cert.cga.cw and search the operator name. A real listing shows the license number and the company operating the brand. If the number on the site doesn’t match the register, or the entry isn’t there at all, you have your answer before risking a dollar.
The register has teeth precisely because it’s public. Earlier this year the CGA called out a site displaying a fabricated authorization seal, and the fake was catchable by anyone who ran the search. Verification used to mean trusting a logo. Now it takes thirty seconds and a browser tab.
We Ran the Check on Our Own List
We went through the brands we review and verified each license claim against the register.
Jack.com checks out. Ryker B.V. holds direct license OGL/2024/1800/1049, live in the CGA register, exactly as stated in the site footer.
CocoBet checks out too. NewEra Information Technology N.V., Curaçao company 163214, holds direct license OGL/2024/135/0139. Notice the pattern in both numbers: the OGL/2024 prefix marks a license applied for and granted under the new framework. The old sublicenses never carried numbers like these. Neither of these operators existed in the register two years ago because the register itself didn’t exist.
Not every solid casino carries the badge. Rainbet, 96.com, and a large share of the newer crypto brands operate under Anjouan, which runs its own register with lighter checks.
